How to Make Paneer Chilli
Ingredients
  • CHILLI
  • CORNFLOUR
  • SUGAR

  • CUMIN SEEDS
  • BLACK PEPPER
  • SALT
  • SPICES & HERBS
  • ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
  • CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
  • Cut 250g paneer into cubes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame.
  • Add chopped capsicum and green chilies.
  • Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  • Add 1.5–2 tablespoons of Galaji Paneer Chilli Masala (optional: a dash of soy sauce).
  • Mix well to release aroma.
  • Add paneer cubes and toss on high flame for 2–3 minutes until well coated.
  • Serve hot as a starter.
  • For onion & garlic lovers: Add chopped garlic & onions along with other veggies for stir-frying.
