Ingredients
- CHILLI
- CORNFLOUR
- SUGAR
- CURRY LEAVES
- SKIMMED MILK POWDER
- GINGER
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- FENNEL SEEDS
- CUMIN SEEDS
- BLACK PEPPER
- SALT
- SPICES & HERBS
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Cut 250g paneer into cubes.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok on high flame.
- Add chopped capsicum and green chilies.
- Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add 1.5–2 tablespoons of Galaji Paneer Chilli Masala (optional: a dash of soy sauce).
- Mix well to release aroma.
- Add paneer cubes and toss on high flame for 2–3 minutes until well coated.
- Serve hot as a starter.
- For onion & garlic lovers: Add chopped garlic & onions along with other veggies for stir-frying.
