Ingredients
- GRATED COCONUT
- SUGAR
- CHILLI
- CORIANDER SEEDS
- CUMIN SEEDS
- BLACK PEPPER
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
- CONTAINS EDIBLE OIL (COTTON SEED OIL)
Method
- Prepare the Filling with Boiled and mashed 3–4 potatoes. Keep slightly coarse for texture. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 2 tbsp of Galaji Kutchi Dabeli Masala and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add 2 tbsp tamarind-date chutney and mix well. Add mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly until evenly coated. Add a little water if needed to make it soft and spreadable. Slice pav buns and toast with butter.
- Spread garlic (Optional) chutney on one side and sweet chutney on the other. Fill with prepared mixture. Top with pomegranate seeds, roasted peanuts, and sev. Serve hot.
