How to Make Piri Piri Fries & Chips
Ingredients
  • CHILLI
  • BIRD EYE CHILLI
  • SUGAR
  • TAMARIND
  • CORIANDER LEAVES
  • CURRY LEAVES
  • LEMON POWDER
  • SALT & SPICES
  • ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
  • Fries: Deep fry, air-fry, or bake potato fries until they are golden and crispy.
  • While the fries are still hot and slightly oily, place them in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of Galaji Peri Peri Spice Mix over the fries.
  • Marinade: In a bowl, mix ½ cup thick curd, 1 tbsp mustard oil, and 2 tbsp Galaji Peri Peri Spice Mix.
  • Optional: Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste for the standard version. Skip for No Garlic.
  • Add paneer cubes or veggies to the marinade.
  • Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Thread onto skewers and grill on a tawa or in an oven until the edges are charred.
  • Sprinkle a little extra Galaji Peri Peri Spice Mix on top before serving for an extra kick.
