Ingredients
- CHILLI
- BIRD EYE CHILLI
- SUGAR
- TAMARIND
- CORIANDER LEAVES
- CURRY LEAVES
- LEMON POWDER
- SALT & SPICES
- ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
- Fries: Deep fry, air-fry, or bake potato fries until they are golden and crispy.
- While the fries are still hot and slightly oily, place them in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle 1.5 to 2 tablespoons of Galaji Peri Peri Spice Mix over the fries.
- Marinade: In a bowl, mix ½ cup thick curd, 1 tbsp mustard oil, and 2 tbsp Galaji Peri Peri Spice Mix.
- Optional: Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste for the standard version. Skip for No Garlic.
- Add paneer cubes or veggies to the marinade.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Thread onto skewers and grill on a tawa or in an oven until the edges are charred.
- Sprinkle a little extra Galaji Peri Peri Spice Mix on top before serving for an extra kick.
