How to Make Dahivada - Raita
Ingredients

  • ALL IN DRY POWDER FORM
Method
  • Take 1 cup of fresh chilled curd (yogurt).
  • Whisk it until smooth and creamy.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of Galaji Dahivada - Raita Masala directly to the curd.
  • For Raita: Add finely chopped cucumbers, boondi, or pineapples.
  • For Dahivada: Soak your fried vadas in water, squeeze gently, and arrange them in a flat dish.
