How to Make Stuffed Vegetable Masala at Home (Step-by-Step)
Ingredients
  • Coriander seeds
  • Dry mango
  • Fennel seeds

  • Carom seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Black pepper
  • Salt & Spices all in dry powder form

Method
  • In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes/paneer add 1 tbspn Galaji Stuff Vegetable Masala, ginger paste, green chilies, and salt.
  • Pack the potato mixture tightly into the hollowed bell peppers.
  • Heat oil in a flat-bottomed pan.
  • Place the peppers upright.
  • Cover and cook on low-medium heat.
  • Every 3-4 minutes, gently tilt the peppers onto their sides to get an even char on the skin.
  • Once the pepper skin is wrinkled and soft, remove from heat.
  • Serve hot with Parathas.
